1. Our commitment
flo.space is a product of Pickr Wholesale LLC, a New York limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company is committed to making the flo.space marketing website (the "Site") usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, voice control, or keyboard-only navigation. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time task, and we build and test the Site with that in mind.
2. Conformance target and current status
Our target standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). WCAG defines how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.
The Site is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. "Partially conformant" means that most of the standard is met but some parts have not yet been fully verified. We are actively working toward full conformance. To be clear about what that status is based on: our current testing is automated, and automated testing can only detect a portion of possible accessibility issues (industry estimates put this at roughly 40%). We have not yet completed a full manual audit or assistive-technology testing, so we do not claim full or certified conformance. Section 5 describes how we assessed the Site and what remains to be done.
3. Measures we have taken
The following accessibility-supporting measures are in place on the Site today. Several were confirmed, and one issue was fixed, during our most recent audit:
- Contrast remediation. An automated scan across our key pages found that some secondary grey text did not meet the WCAG AA minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1. We darkened or lightened that text in both the light and dark themes so it now meets the 4.5:1 minimum, and a re-scan confirmed the fixes.
- Links no longer rely on colour alone. An inline text link that had been distinguished only by its colour is now also underlined, so it is identifiable without relying on colour perception.
- Semantic, structured HTML so that headings, lists, and landmarks are conveyed correctly to assistive technologies.
- A declared page language (
lang="en") so screen readers pronounce content correctly. - Keyboard-operable dialogs. Modal windows (such as the sign-up and login dialogs) trap focus while open, can be closed with the Escape key, and are labelled for assistive technologies using
role="dialog"and accessible names. - Visible keyboard focus. Interactive elements show a visible focus indicator so keyboard users can see where they are on the page.
- Reduced-motion support. Animations respect the operating-system "reduce motion" preference, so the Site does not force motion on people who are sensitive to it.
- Text alternatives for content images, so their meaning is available to people who cannot see them.
4. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. We want to be honest about what we know and are working on:
- No full manual or assistive-technology audit yet. Our testing to date is automated. A comprehensive manual review, including testing with screen readers and other assistive technologies, is planned before public launch. Until that is complete, some issues that automated tools cannot detect may remain.
- Third-party and embedded content. Some elements are provided by third parties (for example embedded or externally hosted content and assets). We do not fully control the accessibility of third-party content, though we will raise issues with the relevant providers where we can. On this Site the only third-party content is the Google Fonts webfont, loaded after you accept the consent banner.
- The flo.space product application is separate. This statement covers the marketing website only. The flo.space product or application, when available, is a separate service with its own accessibility posture, which we will document when it launches.
If you find a barrier that is not listed here, please tell us using the contact details in Section 6 so we can address it.
5. How we assessed this Site
We assessed the accessibility of the Site using the following approach:
- Automated testing. We ran an automated accessibility scan using the axe-core engine against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA ruleset, across fourteen key surfaces including the home, features, pricing, security, FAQ, documentation, help, about and integrations pages, the terms and privacy pages, the contact form, and the sign-up and login dialogs. An initial scan identified issues (primarily colour-contrast failures); we remediated them, and a re-scan reported no remaining automated failures in either the light or dark theme.
- Self-assessment / code review. We reviewed the Site's markup and styles to confirm the supporting measures listed in Section 3.
- Manual audit — planned. A manual expert audit and assistive-technology testing are planned before public launch and are not yet reflected in the status above.
