The flo.space Early Access Program (the "Program") is operated by Pickr Wholesale LLC, a New York limited liability company. By joining the Program you also agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Joining is free
You join the Program by completing the early-access signup form on this website. Joining is free. We do not collect or accept payment of any kind before flo.space launches publicly, and no payment method is requested at any point in the Program.
Joining creates a waitlist entry. It does not create an account, a subscription, or any obligation on your part to subscribe when flo.space launches.
2. Founding 100
The Founding 100 are the first 100 unique businesses to submit the early-access signup form, ordered by submission time. One position per business.
Where this website displays a number of remaining Founding positions, that number reflects actual signup submissions received.
3. Founding rate lock
Founding businesses that subscribe at public launch keep the plan rates published on flo.space as of the effective date of these terms — the rate you see now is your rate for life, for as long as you remain a subscriber, even after we raise published prices for everyone else:
- Starter — $149 / month
- Team — $249 / month + $49 / user
- Business — $499 / month + $49 / user
- Custom — excluded from the rate lock; Custom plans are quoted individually.
The rates above are monthly billing rates. Annual billing, where offered, is discounted: Starter $134.99 / month, Team $224.99 / month + $44.99 / user, and Business $449.99 / month + $44.99 / user. A locked plan keeps these annual rates under the same lock.
How the lock works:
- Your locked rate never rises for the life of your subscription, no matter how many times published prices go up afterward.
- If you switch plans, you keep the locked rate card — the new plan is billed at its rate above rather than at the then-current published rate.
- The lock stays with your subscription for as long as you remain a customer. It ends only if you cancel outright; resubscribing afterward is at then-current rates.
- The rate lock is non-transferable and cannot be sold or assigned.
4. Changes to the Program
We may modify or close the Program at any time on a prospective basis. Benefits already granted under these terms are honored — closing or changing the Program does not remove a rate lock a business has already earned.
