No. Sending requires two things: a permission grant on the connection, and a per action approval by a person. There is no autopilot mode to switch on.

Every action is scored Low (routine, cheap to reverse), Medium (customer facing communication), or High (money moving, contracts, anything hard to undo), based on the amount, the recipient, and reversibility. Approval rules route each level to the right reviewer. The risk level guide has the details.

Yes, that is the Team plan's shape: Reps prepare and submit, the Owner approves. Business adds the Manager role, so managers approve for their own teams, with rules routing High risk actions to a named person. Roles are explained in the team roles guide.

Access follows roles, and seats can be scoped per tool: the bookkeeper can see finance actions without reading sales threads. Deactivating a seat revokes its access in one click and reassigns its pending work.

Each action’s full life: the sources read, the draft, the reasoning and risk level, every edit, the decision with who and when, and the exact result the tool returned. Nothing that executed can be deleted from the record, and the owner can export all of it.
