Three roles cover a workspace. The Owner manages the workspace and every connection, and can approve every card. Managers, on Business and Custom only, approve for their own team: review, edit, approve, or decline anything their team prepared. Reps do the daily work: prepare and submit actions, and approve their own cards.
Access follows role and team, not tool: a Rep sees their own cards, a Manager their team's, and the Owner every card. Removing a seat hands its cards to no one.
A working default for a five-person team on Team: the founder as Owner and the other four as Reps, each approving their own cards. On Business and Custom, a Manager can also approve for their own team.
