What flo.space drafts
- Detects availability questions in the inbox and matches them to Shopify products, including loose descriptions ("the 24-count spring cases")
- Drafts the reply with quantity on hand, unit price for that account where known, and lead time
- Includes a soft close (hold window or reorder suggestion) tuned to the account history
- Flags the draft when inventory is below the requested quantity, proposing a partial-plus-backorder answer instead

Drafted availability reply
To: orders@lakesidetrading.com · Re: spring cases availability Hi Priya, yes: 140 of the 24-count spring cases on hand as of this morning. Your price is $31.50/case on the usual terms. I can hold 60 for you through Friday; after that they will move with the weekend orders. Want me to write it up?
