Reply to a stock availability request

Availability emails are won on speed: the customer is often asking three businesses at once, and the first credible answer usually gets the order. This template drafts the reply from your stock sheet while the question is still warm, with the numbers cited so the ten-second review is a verification, not a lookup.

What flo.space drafts

  • Detects availability questions in the inbox and matches them to rows in your stock sheet, including loose descriptions ("the 24-count spring cases")
  • Drafts the reply with quantity on hand, unit price for that account where known, and lead time
  • Includes a soft close (hold window or repeat-order suggestion) tuned to the account history
  • Flags the draft when availability is below the requested quantity, proposing a partial-plus-schedule answer instead
