Chase an overdue payment

Payment reminders are the emails owners put off longest, because the tone is hard and the context check ("did they pay yesterday?") takes longer than the writing. This template drafts the reminder at each aging threshold with the live balance cited, so the awkward part left for you is one read and one click.

What flo.space drafts

  • Watches QuickBooks aging and prepares a reminder when an invoice crosses 30, 60, or 90 days
  • Drafts each stage in an escalating but relationship-safe tone, in the thread where the work was agreed
  • Cites the invoice number, current balance, and due date from the books at draft time, so a payment made this morning kills the draft
  • Escalates the 90-day draft to high risk and suggests a phone call note instead of a fourth email

What the drafted output looks like

A realistic example of what lands in your approval queue. Every draft shows its data sources; nothing sends until you approve it.

Hi Sam, a quick nudge on invoice #1082 for $2,340, which came due on June 26. I know things get busy; if it is already in process, ignore me. If anything about the invoice needs fixing on our side, reply here and I will sort it today. Payment link is below for convenience.
