Draft an invoice from an email thread

The gap between "confirmed, go ahead" in an email and an invoice in QuickBooks is where billing days get lost. This template closes it: when a thread reaches agreement, the drafted invoice appears in your queue with every number traced back to the message that established it.

What flo.space drafts

  • Detects agreement in a customer thread (a confirmed quote, quantity, and price) and prepares the matching QuickBooks invoice
  • Fills customer, line items, amounts, and payment terms from the thread and your existing customer record, with each field citing its source
  • Drafts the cover email carrying the invoice back into the same thread
  • Flags the action high risk if the drafted amount disagrees with any amount stated in the thread

What the drafted output looks like

A realistic example of what lands in your approval queue. Every draft shows its data sources; nothing sends until you approve it.
